BREAKFAST MENU

(Baked fresh daily with organic flour, sugar and spices!)
Quiche - $3.50 a slice or $21 for a full pie

fresh, rich custard with a variety of fillings inside! The flavors vary daily but here are a few we do regularly: Feta Spinach, Quiche Lorraine, Roasted Vegetable, and Jalapeno Cheddar. 
Crust Muffin - $2.50 each

CRUST - a baking company in Fenton MI, has quickly become known for its Viennoiserie, French, Danish and traditional pastries. These sweet treats are made in small batches using the finest ingredients. Available flavors: Pumpkin Ginger, Cranberry Orange, and Very Berry to name a few. 
Crust Scone - $2.50 each

 These sweet treats are made in small batches using the finest ingredients. Available flavors: Ginger, Cherry and Lemon. 


All Breakfast items are available for catering if ordered by 11am with at least 48 hours notice. Preorder muffins and scones in any quantity!

The Ultimate Wexler - $7.95

black forest ham, white cheddar on a baguette … oven-toasted to be hot and melty!

delicious white meat chicken salad tucked in a buttery croissant with crisp romaine lettuce. 
Back Alley Reuben – $8.95

traditional corned beef and Swiss with fresh sauerkraut on rye; dressed with our zesty homemade thousand island.
Cuban Imposter – $8.95

salami, provolone, housemade spicy relish and mustard on our focaccia bread, toasted and delicious.

Essence of Michigan Salad - Mixed field greens, toasted pecans, dried Michigan cherries, blue cheese, and thinly sliced red onion, served with Raspberry Vinaigrette.
Theodora’s Greek - Chopped romaine lettuce, garbanzo beans, cucumbers, beets, Kalamata olives and feta cheese, served with Greek dressing. (No onions in this salad, because Theodora does not like onions!)
South Main Salad - A generous scoop of our White Albacore Tuna Salad or Chicken Salad on a bed of mixed field greens with slices of tomato, cucumber and red onion.

Our classic sandwiches can be cut into halves and placed on a platter for 

$7.95 per sandwich.


Our soups are available in quart size (3-4 servings) for $13.50.


We also can create larger sizes of our popular Michigan and Greek salads:

- Large Catering - serves 15-20 - $40

We also offer delivery within a 10 mile radius of Essence for a $10 fee.
